Estela Monjo Boudreau is a wife, mother, grandmother, sculptor, teacher, community organizer, spiritual companion, avid gardener, and the founder of Windrise Spirituality Center in Metamora, Michigan. She has hosted retreats at Windrise for 22 years and has earned a reputation for her hospitality and gourmet meals.

Estela is also an artist who sculpts in clay creating soulful works that depict the deep passion and the triumph of the human spirit. Her sculptures have been shown in Detroit Museums and galleries across the USA and are held in private collections internationally.

Estela is accredited as a Spiritual Director by the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. In addition to hosting facilitator-led events, she leads workshops in sculpting and creativity, Women Empowerment, and leads Women's Circles.

Greg Boudreau is the Operations Director of Windrise responsible for event operations, food service, facility management and grounds maintenance.

Greg is a husband, father and grandfather. He brings management and operations expertise gained with a global company managing conference and training centers. Greg also supports Windrise events with his culinary skills and is Michigan food safety ServSafe certified.
